Rambo: First Blood Part II

A former elite soldier is released from prison in exchange for a covert mission in Vietnam. Sent into the jungle to gather evidence of American prisoners of war, he soon faces dangerous opposition with limited support and must rely on his survival skills.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want fast-paced 1980s action, explosive set pieces, and a larger-than-life hero; Not for you if you prefer the grounded drama and emotional depth of First Blood.
