Universal Soldier

A soldier killed during the Vietnam War is revived decades later as part of a military program creating enhanced super-soldiers. When the attempt to erase his memories fails, disturbing flashbacks return, pushing him to question his orders and flee while being pursued by another revived soldier.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want fast, straightforward 1990s action with brutal fights, oversized personalities, and a pulpy sci-fi premise; Not for you if you need subtle acting, tight logic, or emotional depth.
