The Guns of Navarone

A small Allied team undertakes an almost impossible mission on a Nazi-held Greek island: infiltrate the defenses and destroy two enormous guns blocking the rescue of thousands of trapped soldiers. Facing dangerous terrain, enemy patrols, and growing tensions within the group, they must rely on skill, courage, and teamwork.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like classic war adventures, undercover missions, strong ensemble casts, and tense mountain sequences; Not for you if you prefer faster pacing, modern effects, or more historically grounded stories.
