During World War II in North Africa, a group of British commandos disguised as Italian soldiers travels behind enemy lines on a dangerous mission to destroy a vital Nazi oil depot. Their trek across the desert is challenged by enemy forces, harsh conditions, and growing tensions within the group.

My take

You may enjoy this if you prefer gritty, cynical war dramas with harsh moral choices and desert action; Not for you if you want likable heroes, steady pacing, or lighter entertainment.
