After a pirate crew captures a governor’s daughter and takes a ship, a blacksmith joins forces with an eccentric pirate to pursue them. Their rescue mission leads to a frightening supernatural curse and a lively adventure across the Caribbean.
My takeYou’ll enjoy this if you’re after a lively pirate adventure with humor, romance, supernatural peril, and memorable characters; Not for you if you prefer a serious tone or a consistently brisk pace.
