Treasure Island

After a young man comes into possession of a legendary treasure map, his mother’s quick thinking leaves them both carrying knowledge that puts their lives at risk. Aboard a ship bound for danger, they face a charismatic pirate and a duplicitous agent as shifting alliances test their resolve.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like perilous sea voyages, treasure hunts, and stories about family survival; Not for you if you prefer quiet plots with little danger or shifting loyalties.
