Manhunt Of Mystery Island

A scientist is kidnapped and a private detective is hired to find her. Clues lead them to a remote island called Mystery Island. They discover that the scientist is being held by the descendants of a pirate, Captain Mephisto. One of the heirs has a Transformation Machine that can change him into the molecular duplicate of his ancestor.
