Howards End

Set in early 20th-century England, this miniseries follows three families whose very different circumstances bring them into one another’s lives. Their relationships reveal tensions around class, wealth, social responsibility, and the place of idealism in a changing society.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like thoughtful period dramas about class, family, and social change; Not for you if you prefer fast-moving plots or emotionally intense romance.
