Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings

Stranded by a snowstorm, a group of friends takes shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. As the isolated building turns into a deadly trap, they must navigate its corridors and find a way to survive against cannibalistic killers.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want a simple, gory slasher with an isolated setting and darkly silly moments; Not for you if you prefer believable characters, subtle scares, or the atmosphere of Lovely Molly.
