An eclectic group of college friends forgo their usual spring break-like shenanigans and head to a house in the woods for a nature-based getaway. When their water supply mysteriously goes missing, they take a chance and drink from a nearby stream. Unbeknownst to them, the water turns out to be contaminated, and each member of the crew slowly descends into murderous madness where no one can be trusted!
