Parched

An eclectic group of college friends forgo their usual spring break-like shenanigans and head to a house in the woods for a nature-based getaway. When their water supply mysteriously goes missing, they take a chance and drink from a nearby stream. Unbeknownst to them, the water turns out to be contaminated, and each member of the crew slowly descends into murderous madness where no one can be trusted!

My take

A paranoid descent into madness where trust evaporates as fast as sanity. Perfect for horror fans who crave psychological chaos and don't need jump scares—just the slow-burning dread of friends turning against each other.
