During a Halloween festival in a small West Virginia town, a group of visiting college students becomes trapped in a deadly encounter with a family of cannibals. As the night unfolds, a police officer and a prisoner become caught in the escalating violence.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want a fast, brutal slasher with inventive kills and a contained Halloween setting; Not for you if you need convincing acting, logic, or sustained suspense.
