A meerkat and a warthog look back on their friendship and adventures before and during a famous savanna story. As they search for the perfect home, they become involved in raising a lively lion cub and offer their own humorous perspective on familiar events.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like playful animated comedies, buddy adventures, and alternate perspectives, especially films such as Kronk's New Groove; Not for you if you want a serious, original story.
