Over the Hedge

After waking to find a suburban neighborhood beyond their woodland home, a group of forest animals meet a clever raccoon who needs help replacing a lost food supply. He persuades them to venture into the human world, where their efforts bring new challenges—and a lesson about what family means.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like lively animal comedies, goofy gags, and a sweet story about sticking together; Not for you if you prefer fresh plots or restrained humor.
