The Larkins
AudienceAudience: 6.7
Set in the late 1950s, a warm-hearted wheeler-dealer and his wife raise their six children in an idyllic corner of Kent. Their lively family life, colorful neighbors, and everyday adventures create a nostalgic comedy-drama about community, romance, and enjoying life’s pleasures.
My takeYou may enjoy this if you want a gentle, nostalgic family comedy with an easygoing mood; Not for you if you expect the warmth, writing, and performances of the original adaptation.
