Merrily We Live

A wealthy, scatterbrained matriarch regularly takes in homeless men, hoping to reform them. When a charming tramp arrives at her estate, she hires him as the family chauffeur, where he quickly becomes entangled in the household’s comic chaos and catches the attention of the eldest daughter.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like fast, zany 1930s screwball comedies such as Topper, but it’s Not for you if you want originality, subtle character drama, or consistently polished dialogue.
