The Jester

On Halloween night, a malevolent masked figure terrorizes a small town, drawing two estranged sisters into a dangerous struggle. Forced to set aside their differences, they search for a way to survive and stop the seemingly unstoppable evil threatening those around them.

My take

You may enjoy this as a low-budget Halloween horror with a memorable masked villain and occasional gore, but Not for you if you need coherent storytelling, strong acting, or consistently frightening tension.
