The Descent

After a personal tragedy, a woman joins her friends on a caving expedition in the Appalachian Mountains. A rockfall traps them underground, and their search for a way out grows increasingly dangerous as they encounter creatures in the darkness and tensions within the group rise.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like tense, confined survival horror with an unsettling cave setting and graphic scares; Not for you if claustrophobic situations, darkness, or gore make for uncomfortable viewing.
