Society of the Snow

After a flight carrying a rugby team and their companions crashes in the Andes, the survivors face freezing conditions, hunger, injuries, and isolation. Trapped far from help, they must rely on one another and make difficult choices as they struggle to endure the unforgiving mountain wilderness.

My take

You’ll like this if you value intense, realistic survival stories with emotional weight and a strong sense of place; not for you if graphic hardship or slow, grief-heavy dramas are difficult to watch.
