Running Scared
AudienceAudience: 4.7
It's 1961. Two servicemen smuggle a box of military gear to USA. Leroy tries out a military camera and accidentally takes a picture of some military facilities. Army finds one of the pictures and thinks they're communist spies.
My takeA gritty 1980 crime thriller that plunges into the dark underbelly of urban violence and desperation. Two blue-collar cops navigate moral ambiguity and survival instinct in a high-stakes game where fear becomes currency. This is Arlo's kind of raw, unflinching look at power and consequence.
