Riddick

Left for dead on a hostile planet, a hardened survivor battles alien predators while struggling to repair his way home. When bounty hunters arrive after an emergency beacon is activated, survival becomes a dangerous contest between the stranded fighter, his pursuers, and the planet’s creatures.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want a straightforward, violent science-fiction survival thriller with a tough central figure and pulpy action; not for you if you need originality, consistent pacing, or deeply developed supporting characters.
