Aliens

After drifting through space in hypersleep for 57 years, a survivor of a deadly alien encounter returns to Earth, where her account is met with doubt. She agrees to join a team of colonial marines investigating a settlement on the same distant world, setting out to confront a threat she knows all too well.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want a tense, action-heavy science-fiction thriller with a determined lead and bursts of horror; Not for you if you prefer the slow, eerie atmosphere of a traditional space-horror film.
