Pride and Prejudice
AudienceAudience: 7.1
In early 19th-century England, five unmarried sisters navigate family expectations, social pressures, and romantic possibilities after two wealthy newcomers arrive nearby. While the eldest sister forms an immediate connection with one, her spirited younger sister repeatedly clashes with his proud, reserved friend.
My takeYou’ll enjoy this if you prefer faithful period adaptations, dry humor, and restrained romantic tension; Not for you if you want fast pacing or the lush energy of the 1995 Pride and Prejudice.
