Emma

A privileged young woman enjoys arranging romances for those around her, often pairing people who are poorly suited. While guiding a friend through social and romantic possibilities, she gradually confronts the limits of her judgment and begins to understand her own feelings and responsibilities.

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want witty romance, character growth, and a warm period setting with room to breathe; Not for you if you prefer restrained performances or stricter historical manners.
