Need for Speed

A local street racer is framed by a wealthy business associate and sent to prison. After his release, he enters a cross-country race from New York to Los Angeles, seeking revenge while a bounty on his head draws illegal racers into a dangerous chase.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you’re after flashy cars, high-speed chases, and over-the-top action in the spirit of Fast & Furious; Not for you if you want a grounded story or deeply developed characters.
