Hungry

A group of holidaymakers become lost in the Louisiana swamplands and must fight to survive when a rampaging hippo threatens them. As they struggle to escape, the danger puts their courage and ability to work together to the test.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like tense creature features, stranded-tourist survival stories, and a novel wildlife threat; Not for you if you need convincing creature effects or clear, brightly lit scenes.
