Hay Foot

A book-smart sergeant humiliates a veteran firearms instructor in a military showdown, turning basic training into a comedy of errors. Set during World War II, this sharp comedy movie delivers laugh-out-loud moments as theory collides with real world experience.

My take

A lighthearted WWII comedy where classroom smarts clash hilariously with battlefield reality. Perfect if you're in the mood for witty period humor that doesn't take itself seriously—think fish-out-of-water laughs without the cynicism.
