Death Race 2000

In a dystopian future, the government promotes a televised cross-country race where drivers earn points by striking pedestrians. The reigning champion, a mysterious masked racer, enters again with a new passenger connected to an underground resistance, while rival teams compete in weapon-equipped cars.
