Books of Blood

Three unsettling horror tales unfold across different places and moments, gradually revealing connections between their characters and events. A journey into forbidden territory brings grief, fear, disturbing imagery, and supernatural danger together in an anthology that explores the consequences of confronting forces beyond ordinary understanding.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like unsettling horror anthologies, connected stories, gore, and suspense in the vein of Southbound or V/H/S/2; Not for you if uneven pacing and derivative material quickly lose your interest.
