Zombie

After an abandoned boat drifts into New York harbor with a zombie aboard, a reporter and a young woman investigate the disappearance of her father. Their search takes them to a remote Caribbean island, where strange research, local legends, and an apparent outbreak of the undead create a perilous fight for survival.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want atmospheric, slow-moving Italian zombie horror with grisly effects and outrageous moments; Not for you if you prefer polished acting, brisk pacing, or tightly structured stories like Inferno.
