Young Ip Man: Crisis Time

A young martial artist arrives at a college, but a speech contest turns into a hostage crisis when armed kidnappers seize the school. With students threatened and lives at risk, he steps forward to confront the danger and uncover a troubling connection to someone he once trusted.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want a simple, pulpy martial-arts thriller with frequent fights; Not for you if you expect the richer character work and polished action of the earlier Ip Man films.
