Twenty Twelve

A mock-documentary follows the team responsible for delivering the 2012 Olympics as they tackle logistical mishaps, public relations challenges, cultural projects, and an approaching opening ceremony. Their efforts are complicated by bureaucracy, baffling decisions, unreliable plans, and the pressure of staging one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like deadpan workplace satire, understated incompetence, and mockumentary awkwardness, especially in the vein of W1A; Not for you if you prefer fast, joke-heavy sitcoms or emotionally driven drama.
