9/11

A documentary crew follows a rookie firefighter and his colleagues in New York City, expecting to capture training and everyday firehouse life. Their project changes dramatically when they witness the September 11 attacks, recording the firefighters’ response and the city’s fear, confusion, courage, and grief from an unusually close perspective.

You’ll appreciate this if you value powerful, firsthand historical documentaries and stories of courage; Not for you if you avoid traumatic real-world footage or emotionally overwhelming subjects.
