The Texas Chain Saw Massacre

Five friends travel through rural Texas to visit a family grave. After encountering a strange hitchhiker, they come upon an apparently deserted house and find themselves caught in a disturbing situation, where a chainsaw-wielding threat turns their trip into a fight to escape.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like raw, unsettling horror with a bleak rural atmosphere and relentless tension; Not for you if you prefer restrained scares, a complex plot, or less abrasive viewing.
