Audience

A teenager from a troubled background is given a chance to start over with a wealthy family in Newport Beach. As he tries to adjust to a world of privilege, his arrival unsettles the community and brings together the lives of teenagers and their families.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like character-driven teen drama, family relationships, romance, and humor in an affluent coastal community; not for you if you prefer consistently realistic plots or even quality across every season.
