The Neighborhood

A friendly Midwestern family moves to a Los Angeles neighborhood where their enthusiastic attempts to connect with the locals meet resistance from a more guarded next-door neighbor. Their everyday interactions lead to humorous misunderstandings and conversations about adapting, community, and differences.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want an accessible family sitcom with social themes and a warm ensemble, but it’s Not for you if you dislike laugh tracks, broad humor, or culture-clash storylines.
