CriticsCritics: 43
AudienceAudience: 6.3
In 1429, a devout French teenager tells her king that divine messages have called her to fight for her country. As she leads soldiers through major battles and political conflict, her faith, motives, and understanding of her mission are increasingly questioned.
My takeYou’ll enjoy this if you like intense historical epics such as Kingdom of Heaven or The Patriot; Not for you if you prefer restrained drama, gentle pacing, or minimal battlefield violence.
