Audience

As rival forces clash over control of their homeland, a warrior of divided origins is drawn into battles and political struggles that shape the future of a people. Blending historical events with fictional storytelling, the series explores loyalty, faith, courage, love, and the search for a place to call home.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like medieval history, political rivalries, and hard-fought battles, especially in Vikings; Not for you if you need consistently subtle writing or steady character development.
