On the eve of her seventeenth birthday, a teenager and her friend head to a concert and make a dangerous mistake while seeking drugs. They fall into the hands of violent criminals, while back home, worried parents prepare for a celebration and become drawn into the horrifying consequences.

My take

You may like this if you value gritty, deeply disturbing exploitation horror and can tolerate uneven production; Not for you if sexual violence, cruelty, or misplaced humor are deal-breakers.
