Audience

A decades-spanning drama follows a young queen as she takes on the duties of the British Crown and navigates life within the royal household. Against a backdrop of major events in post-war Britain, palace and government circles face political pressures, personal conflicts, and the demands of public responsibility.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like royal history, lavish period settings, and character-driven political drama; Not for you if you want a fast pace or a fully factual account.
