The Brave Little Toaster

After their family sells a summer home, a small group of outdated household appliances is left behind and decides to set out on a journey to find the child they care about. Their road-trip adventure takes them far from the cabin, testing their friendship with strange encounters, catchy songs, and some surprisingly intense moments along the way.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want a sweet, offbeat animated road-trip with catchy music and a darker edge, similar to Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey; not for you if creepy imagery or intense kids-movie moments are a dealbreaker.
