Snowbeast

This horror movie starring Sylvia Sidney (Beetlejuice) follows the chaos unleashed at a Colorado ski resort by a monstrous sub-human creature. The film, written by Joseph Stefano (Psycho), combines the scenic beauty of the snowy mountains with the terror of brutal beast attacks, creating a chilling atmosphere that keeps viewers on edge.

My take

A throwback creature feature that taps into primal fear—isolated, snowy dread with genuine scares. Perfect for horror fans who appreciate '70s atmosphere over jump scares, where the setting itself becomes menacing.
