Set in London’s Whitechapel in 1889, this period crime drama follows a police division struggling to maintain order after the notorious murders. Investigators confront brutal cases while dealing with poverty, social tensions, and the lasting damage left behind in their community.
My takeYou’ll enjoy this if you like gritty period crime dramas, morally complicated characters, and socially charged stories; Not for you if you prefer lighter mysteries or consistently even seasons.
