Psycho

After taking a large sum of money and fleeing in hopes of building a new life, a woman stops for the night at a remote motel. Its mild-mannered manager lives with his housebound mother, and an uneasy conversation leaves the traveler facing a difficult choice.

My take

You’ll enjoy this classic if you like slow-building suspense, unsettling characters, and a remote setting; Not for you if you want fast-paced action or a straightforward, violence-heavy horror movie.
