Penguins of Madagascar

Four resourceful penguins team up with an undercover animal organization to stop a villainous octopus from carrying out a scheme that threatens penguins everywhere. Along the way, their teamwork is tested as they face a rival group of agents, a string of chaotic escapes, and plenty of comic mishaps.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like fast-paced family comedy, absurd gags, and the penguins’ chaotic teamwork; Not for you if you prefer a tightly focused story or the broader Madagascar ensemble.
