My Spy

A hardened CIA operative is assigned to surveil a mother and her precocious nine-year-old daughter. When the girl discovers the hidden surveillance, she strikes a deal that pulls him into ice-skating, school events, and an unlikely friendship while danger threatens the family.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want a light, feel-good family spy comedy with simple humor and action; Not for you if you prefer originality, serious espionage, or a more polished adult comedy.
