Mudborn

A game-company worker brings home a broken clay doll from a haunted house while developing a horror VR game. His pregnant wife, a cultural relic restorer, becomes fixated on repairing it, and strange events soon spread through their home as her condition worsens and a spiritual medium is called for help.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you like Asian supernatural horror, cursed objects, possession, and escalating household tension; Not for you if you need tightly explained rules or a restrained ending.
