Mrs. Brown

After the death of her beloved husband, a grieving queen withdraws from public life and finds unexpected comfort in a blunt, loyal Scottish servant. Their close friendship gradually helps her face her responsibilities again, but his unusual place within the royal household provokes jealousy, political concern, scandal, and tension around the monarchy.
