Mr Brown

Mr. Brown is a middle-aged handicapped black man, former athlete, and uses a wheelchair. He endlessly listens to music, reads books and looks out the window at the roofs of neighbouring houses in Harlem. He imagines that his two young helpers -- a Russian social worker and a black attendant -- are involved in a passionate love affair.

My take

A quietly meditative portrait of inner life and imagination. This is for viewers seeking something introspective and unconventional—where a man's rich inner world becomes the true landscape of the film.
