Before becoming colleagues, two very different monsters meet at a university devoted to scaring. One is determined to prove he belongs, while the other relies on natural confidence, and circumstances eventually push them into an uneasy partnership with a group of misfits.

You’ll enjoy this if you like colorful animated adventures, underdog teams, and stories about unlikely friendships; Not for you if you need the emotional depth or originality of the original.
