Little Brother

AudienceAudience: 6.5

After his most recent suicide attempt, Pete, a neurodivergent man, reluctantly travels back home with his younger brother Jake. As they drive across the American West, they attempt to reconcile past traumas and forge a new bond.

My take

A poignant indie drama following the complex dynamics between siblings as they navigate growing up, family expectations, and the weight of protecting someone you love. The film captures intimate moments of vulnerability and the unspoken bonds that hold families together, told through Arlo's observant and understated lens.
